Filip is a composer and professor from Croatia.

Filip Klauček was born on 29 April 1992 in Koprivnica. He graduated from primary school in Koprivnica, where he also attended the primary music school in the class of professor Tihomir Klauček and took preparatory classes for Percussion in the Music School in Varaždin, in the class of professor Ivan Lukšić. In 2006, he competed on the national percussion competition. In 2007, he enrolled in 2 courses (Music Theory and Percussion) in the Music High School in Varaždin. He went to a Percussion seminar in Grožnjan in 2008, held by the world-famous percussionists Ruud Wiener and Igor Lesnik. He was the founder and has been a mentor of the Percussion Course in Koprivnica for the needs of the Koprivnica Wind Orchestra, whose member he also is. 12 attendants are currently enrolled in the course and from 2010 to 2015, the course was attended by around 40 attendants. In 2010, he started writing his own work and arrangements. He graduated in the subjects Music Theory (Mentor: professor Ana Šedlbauer) and Percussion (Class of professor Ivan Lukšić) in Varaždin in 2011 with the highest grade. He enrolled in the Music Pedagogy course at the Art Academy of the University at Split. He played percussion part-time and full-time in the Croatian National Theatre in Split as a member of the Split opera from January 2014 to July 2016. He performed in more than 60 concerts/ballets/operas as a member of the orchestra. Of the mentioned performances, the children's opera ‘The Little Sweep’ by Benjamin Britten premiered in 2014, where he played solo percussion along with the Split String Quartet, soloists and the piano, is worth singling out. He cooperated with many renowned quality musicians in his performances, such as: Martina Filjak (piano), Lana Kos (soprano), maestro Ivo Lipanović, maestro Hari Zlorde, Valentina Fijačko (soprano) and others. In September 2016 he received his master's degree at the Art Academy in Split and earned the title Master of Music Pedagogy (mag. art.). He has been working as a solfeggio and music theory professor in the Art School ‘Fortunat Pintarić’ in Koprivnica since 5 September 2016. He started the percussion course in Virje in the same month as a part of the Brass music of the Voluntary Firefighting Society of Virje, attended by 12 people actively. At the end of 2017, he composed several of his own works in his music studio, out of which ‘Orchestral Harmonic Color’ and ‘Loud Mystery’ (specifically composed for the Chamber Ensemble Laurum, played at Zagreb Guitar Fest in 2018) are worth mentioning. In 2017 he started masterclass at Hans Zimmer, participated together with other students by sharing his ideas in composing film music. In 2018, he composed several orchestral pieces: Back to the Rhapsody, Op. 29 (3 short pieces for Symphony Orchestra), It's Time to Go, The Lake, Blue Dwarf for duet flutes and accordions and a piano piece dedicated to his father, 'In Memoriam'. He is a member of the Croatian Composers Society, ZAMP, HUZIP and the Croatian Musicians Union. In 2019 he is a founder of Music Center Musicorum and performs the function of the President. He is currently working as a professor and composer.
